Project Manager

Handled medium to large international projects./span>
Exposure to SDLC, quality systems, excellent communications & written skills.
Experience in both MS and Java technologies.
Exposure to Rational tools will be an advantage.
Preparing proposals,support to pre-sales team,project planning,scheduling.
Requirements gathering,delivery,installation,implementation and lead a team./span>
should be the single point contact for customer issues./span>

Business Analyst

Being an integral part of the deal execution team from pitch to closing.
Research of industries, markets and businesses of clients and prospective clients.
Preparation of presentations to clients and prospective clients.
Study, analyze and create simple and effective solutions for implementation of total solution.
Ability to create and map functional requirements into process flows.
Effectively guide projects and manage customers' expectations.
Ability to provide vision and business solution to customers and project team.
Analyze and resolve issues independently skill required.
Superior financial modeling, research and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency with financial research tools.

Technical Architect

Should have sound analytical, design and programming skills.
Should be able to translate customer requirements into technical requirements and estimate.
Sound knowledge of software engineering and quality management and provide solutions.
Pre-sales technical support.
Study/research and evaluation of scope of work for new projects.
Pre-proposal estimation.
Propose technical solutions for requirements.
Create software architecture at start of project.
Reviews of project documents.
